Pluribus Multimedia Fest

The Pluribus Multimedia Fest returns for its fourth edition, the international festival dedicated to immersive multi-screen short films, conceived and directed by artist Annalaura di Luggo.
This unique event, focused on experimentation and the interaction between art, cinema and technology, invites creatives, filmmakers and multimedia artists from around the world to explore new storytelling approaches designed to fully immerse the audience in the audiovisual narrative.

The fourth edition of the Pluribus Multimedia Fest places a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability, adopting green protocols at every stage of the organization: waste sorting, responsible mobility, and exclusively digital communication.

The festival offers a new way to experience cinema: the winning short films will be screened on four synchronized screens inside the large mirrored cube Pluribus, designed by Annalaura di Luggo, transforming the audience from passive viewers into an integral part of the scene.

The international jury of the IV edition of the Pluribus Multimedia Fest is chaired by Annalaura di Luggo (Artistic Director) and Stanley Isaac (President of the Edition), and includes: Greg Ferris (Toronto), former Vice President of Paramount Canada; American producer and distributor Jeff Franklin (Los Angeles); Art Director Marcello Palminteri (Palermo); Lawyer Olindo Preziosi; and Marianna Carroccio (Rome), Board Member of Women in Film, Television & Media Italia (WIFTMI).

The finalist short films will compete for the following awards: Best Audience Award, Best Social Impact Award, Best Cinematography Award, Best Young Talent Award, Best New Media Award.

The Pluribus installation is a permanent feature of the JUS Museum, a multifunctional space dedicated to promoting contemporary art, created through the collaboration between the museum and the law firm Olindo Preziosi & Partners.

Thanks to its innovative and experimental format, the festival has been approved by the international platform FilmFreeway and has signed an agreement with the San Francisco-based streaming platform CINEE (USA). As in previous editions, all winning projects will be distributed internationally.

Thanks to the collaboration with the Asian partner SFILMMAKER, the festival is broadening its international reach, welcoming works from China and giving even greater visibility to Asian projects.
